Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis.
