Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Cleveland supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 801 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
