Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
