Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak West Inspection Services is an inspection company in Cleveland with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
