Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
