Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Charleston design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
