Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Field Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
