Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
