Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Summit Financial Group serves customers across Boise with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
