Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Boise, ID)

Nova Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
