Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Rowan Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
