Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Civic Services Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
