Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Austin, TX)

Nova Ridge Property Management is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 553 people based in Austin. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
