Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
