Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone River Community Partners is a Albuquerque charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
