Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
