Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Property Management is a Wichita property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
