Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Pike Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer complaints. • Python or R for analysis.
