Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Meadow Community Partners is a Tulsa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
