Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Manufacturing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
