Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
