Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
