Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
