Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Maple Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
