Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tucson presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
