Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tucson with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
