Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
