Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
