Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tampa area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
