Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
