Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center Group is an arts centre in St. Louis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
