Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Auto Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
