Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
