Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Umber Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
