Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Cedar Health Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
