Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Kestrel Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
