Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Seattle, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
