Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Forge Legal Group is a San Antonio practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
