Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near San Antonio, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
