Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 350 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production lines and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
