Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling.
