Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 989 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records.
