Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Harbor Energy is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
