Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Rook Community Partners is a Rochester charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
