Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Willow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Reno, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
