Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Maple Manufacturing Group is a Kansas City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
