Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
