Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Cleveland supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
