Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Keystone Legal Group provides legal services in Seattle across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
