Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Nova Sable Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Reno. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
